An Ombudsman is a neutral, confidential, independent resource in an organization.  Ombuds are available to all employees who want to improve working conditions and resolve conflicts independent of formal grievance channels. 

Thomas Ombuds Group provides ombudsman services to organizations in two key ways:

The Thomas Ombuds Group offers free consultations to organizations interested in developing an Ombudsman program.  A consultation helps determine whether an Ombudsman program meets the needs of an organization, fits within the existing system for managing conflict and aligns with the values of the organization.
