Ms. Thomas is President of her own conflict resolution practice. She additionally serves as a contract mediator for various other businesses. She received her law degree from Massachusetts School of Law and her undergraduate degree from St. John's University.
Ms. Thomas is on the Board of Directors of Neriah Health Foundation.
