MEDIATOR
Judy Thomas has over 10 years of legal experience in a variety of fields including Labor & Employment, Real Estate, Bankruptcy, Disability, Family and Contracts Law. She has mediated over 1,500 family, civil, and commercial cases. As a mediator, she facilitates negotiation and settlement between disputing parties by providing direction and encouragement, working collaboratively with the parties and finding creative ways to reach a mutual solution. In addition, she has helped in facilitating discussion and controlling the direction of negotiations; preparing court reports, social case histories, correspondence and other documents; implementing legislative enactments and court rules relating to a case; and keeping abreast of current trends, rules and legislation.
